Platinum Games' Hideki Kamiya released a video earlier this morning to help promote his upcoming Wii U game, The Wonderful 101, which he directed. The video is only about forty seconds long, but adds a nice personal touch for North American fans (especially the 'hot babes'). It also allows gamers who may have only heard of Kamiya in passing, to see him in a better light.
Kamiya is a rather outspoken individual, and is known for not putting up with the more annoying fans that speak to him on Twitter. The first incident occurred several months ago when he stated that he'd had “enough of Smash idiots”. This was in response to the seemingly constant barrage of fans who asked him whether Bayonetta or characters from Wonderful 101 would be appearing in the next installment of Super Smash Bros. The second reaction was a similar response to fans asking whether he was working on the next StarFox title, which he had expressed interest in.
The Wonderful 101 will launch in North America on September 15th and is exclusive to the Wii U.
