Plant trees in "tree city" - Laurel, MD

When: May 28, 2011 9:00 a.m. to Noon

Where: Parking lot at 7401 Brooklyn Bridge Road, Laurel

What: “Celebrate Memorial Day with Planting Trees” WSSC [Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission] is looking for volunteers to help plant 100 trees along Brooklyn Bridge Road. The trees will provide shelter for birds and shade for families watching games on the ball fields.
