An exciting one-day plant-based fitness retreat is planned for Septebmer 20 in San Francisco. The event will take place in a beautiful park private picnic area with breathtaking views.

There is even going to be FREE parking - rare in San Francisco!

Consisting of fitness classes, food demonstrations, and talks, even breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included!

Space is limited

The Plant-Based Health and Fitness Retreat is limited to 30 participants, ensuring personalized attention for all.

As this fitness retreat will take place outdoors, please dress accordingly by wearing layers. Bring a water bottle, wear a hat and sunscreen, and bringing a yoga mat if you have one (optional but recommended).

● How to properly warm-up and cool down
● Effective total body functional movements you can do anywhere
● How to use a foam roller for self-myofascial release (SMR)

● Healthy snack, breakfast, and lunch ideas (all plant-based)
● How to transition into a healthier diet
● Tips and tools on how to lose weight the safe way
● How to cook and bake without oil and sugar
● How to prepare delicious salads that only require a knife, with Chef Lisa

● Outdoor Circuit Training class
