Requirements:
- Education and experience .
- Professional integrity to mirror the values of the Village.
- The Planning & Development Administrator will implement the Board directives and the citizens of the community.
- Education and experience to update the Village.
- Excellent communication skills, grant writing and being a one stop shop for everyday issues and concerns at the Village Hall.
- Technology skills are needed to take the Village into the 21st Century.
- Electronic reporting, tracking and accountability.
The position will work closely with citizens, developers, part-time Village administration, and the Village Board. The successful candidate will be passionate about public service, a self-starter, goal and outcome oriented and committed to making a contribution to the citizens, businesses, administrators, board, and community as a whole.
