Planet Java brings Seattle to the Central Valley

Planet Java, located on W. Shaw and Brawley, is a locally owned and operated coffee shop that brings some true Seattle coffee to the Central Valley.

Planet Java knows the better the bean, the better the brew so they get their beans from Dillanos, a coffee roaster located in Sumner, Washington, just outside Seattle.

Planet Java orders their coffee direct from the roaster weekly to ensure that their customers get the freshest brew they can.

Planet Java has a wide variety of hot and cold coffee favorites; everything from drip coffee to Americanos to mochas and more.  They also offer a variety of non-coffee and non-caffeinated drink options such as teas, smoothies, milk steamers, and Italian soda.

Although Planet Java is a drive-thru (there is no indoor or outdoor seating), they do have a limited menu with mainly breakfast items--pastries, oatmeal, etc.

Because Planet Java is a drive-thru, the lines can easily back-up, so if you are in a hurry you may want to avoid the stand in the mornings.  However, the afternoons are generally clear if you are in search of a late pick-me up.

Planet Java is not only a coffee shop, they cater.  Coffee cart service is available for offices, parties, and other special events.  For more information on Planet Java's coffee cart services, click here.

Planet Java is a delicious, local alternative to the mainstream corporate coffee shops in the valley, offering great coffee and equally great customer service.
