No cell phones?
Planet fitness takes it serious when it deals with cell phone usage in the workout areas. One woman learned the hard way that the gym is judgement free zone.
According to the Boston Herald, a woman received a phone call from her doctor while she was working out on the elliptical. She answered the phone and the manager walked up to her to say get off the phone.
She did not leave because the ipod was hooked to the machine she was using. The manager was hostile and rude. She did report this to the corporate office.
This was not called for and unprofessional. So remember there are no cell phones allowed in the gym. You may want to step in the locker room or outside. It is the policy and is posted in the gym.
