Planet Explorers on Steam's Greenlight (Photos)

Planet Explorers, a sandbox rpg using the Unity Engine, has made its appearance on Greenlight for Steam's users to vote on. Greenlight is a community voting system to help decide which games become available on Steam.

Planet Explorers is a voxel based game, for PC and Mac. Players will be able to partake in both single and multiplayer modes. The multiplayer will allow LAN, hosted, and online connections.

In addition to a story and adventure mode, Planet Explorers will also feature a build mode. Currently the game comes in 256X256m and 512X512m sizes.

So far the consensus of Planet Explorers has been positive, with pages of comments and feedback of what Pathea Games has to show so far with the game.

The alpha version of Planet Explorers became available in June 2012, with multiple updates since then. Anyone can go to their official page to download the alpha here for free. In the future this game is planned to be for purchase only.

Planet Explorers also potentially will have a Kickstarter launching in the next couple of weeks.

If you would like to vote for them, visit the game's Greenlight page.
