A Pizza Hut in southern West Virginia has been temporarily shut down by health officials after a district manager was caught on surveillance video urinating in a kitchen sink. According to WWL TV on Feb. 19, 2014, the incident happened at the Pizza Hut in Kermit, West Virginia, about 85 miles southwest of Charleston.

The sink in question is the one that is used in the back kitchen to wash the utensils and dishes for the PIzza Hut restaurant.

Pizza Hut has already issued a statement regarding the manager peeing in a sink, and they are "embarrassed" by the whole thing.

"First of all, we are embarrassed by the actions of this individual," says Pizza Hut, in a statement. "Pizza Hut has zero tolerance for violations of our operating standards, and the local owner of the restaurant took immediate action and terminated the employee involved."

The employee, whose name was not released, has been fired by Pizza Hut.

Mingo County Health Department officials have said that the incident happened after business hours for the store. They also said that the restaurant must remain closed until it has been thoroughly cleaned and safeguards are put in place.

The video has started making the Internet rounds and has since gone seriously viral so those that recognize the former Pizza Hut employee, have now seen their friend made famous online.
