Pizza Fusion at 9556 West Linebaugh Ave in Tampa has introduced a new style of service.
Where once it was restaurant style seating with a waiter, they have now chosen to go with a casual dining, self service gimmick that has made things faster, and as far as I am concerned, better organized.
The small dining room took forever to get your meals prior to the change. Although it was worth the wait, it was still a bit of a challenge if you had children or were hungry. Most of the time, your waiter was tied up with another table, explaining their specialty dishes and drinks while your pizza cooled off in the kitchen or fell behind other orders.
The new concept is great; it makes Pizza Fusion a more casual environment on every level and allows you lots of time to figure out what you want without holding other people up.
When you enter, you are greeted by a host or hostess who will explain the new arrangement and . They have also added an overhead menu where you order and the host, food runners and counter person are available to help navigate their somewhat complicated menu.
If you like a mix of top quality ingredients and value while also dinning in a restaurant where most of the ingredients are organic and much of the atmosphere is derived from recycled material, this place is for you.
They have two Tampa Bay area locations, one at 9556 West Linebaugh Ave and the other at 777 N. Ashley Drive in downtown Tampa.
They feature gluten free, lactose free and vegan selections and halve a great selection of organic vegetables.
Their meats are all natural and free of nitrates, hormones and antibiotics and their sandwich breads and pizza dough is available in traditional organic white, multigrain or gluten free.
Pizza Fusion is very environmentally friendly and easy on the digestive system as well.
