I'm recruiting for one of the nation’s leading student loan management and higher education business solutions provider, who is looking to hire a Client Support Representative in Pittsburgh, PA.
This role is responsible for coordinating and scheduling account reviews for respective accounts and take a proactive approach with client follow-up. This position requires professional conversations with clients daily regarding general or complex questions and/or system problems.
Hours: 11:00am to 8:00pm
Location: West of Pittsburgh
The successful candidate will have the ability to handle stressful situations, meet deadlines and provide two-way communication between client and organization, communicating client’s expectations, goals and interests to the team.
