Pittsburgh girls have style and they do it on a budget! Whether they are still living in the city or bringing their style to another place, Pittsburgh girls know how to bargain hunt and look fabulous! Stephanie, a 28 year-old global service center manager formerly of Allison Park who now resides in Raleigh, North Carolina talks about her style, her best bargain, and that dream purchase!
What is one word to describe your style?
Simple - I don't like to overdo it. Accessories often intimidate me. I stick to low key jewelry and lean towards neutral colors. I am miserable if my feet hurt so I invest in good shoes and work to be fashionable without pain! My favorite outfit is jeans and a white baby tee.
What are your wardrobe staples?
Black blazer, good pair of jeans, comfy black flats, white v neck tee
What is one piece of fashion you could never pull off?
The romper, just can't make it work
What is your favorite clothing season (fall, winter, spring, summer)?
Definitely fall! I love the North Carolina winter because its almost like an extended cool fall
What stores do you regularly shop in?
I shop mostly online but I do like the Limited especially for work, you can find great things at Target, athleta, Ann Taylor loft, amazon (can't beat it when you have a prime membership)
What was the best deal you ever found?
I found a beautiful BCBG scoop back long gown for a black tie wedding at Nordstrom Rack..love at first sight
If you were given $1000 and could splurge on one item of clothing/shoes/purses/jewelry, what would you buy?
Well I would take that $1000 and make the most of it with multiple outfits but if I had to do one item I would go for something classic like a Chanel bag
