What is one word to describe your style?
Hodgepodge. Though I love vintage inspired looks, anything with a stud, or camo reel me in, too. I don’t like to go overboard with either so I mix some retro, or edgy items with simpler pieces. My closet really does have a mix of different items.
What are your wardrobe staples?
Hoop earrings and skinny jeans.
What is one piece of fashion you could never pull off?
High-waisted shorts. I’ve seen girls rockin’ high waisted shorts this summer, but I don’t think I’d even dare to try them on.
What is your favorite clothing season (fall, winter, spring, summer)?
Fall. I love it when I can start wearing boots. I have a pair of boots from Target that I wear any chance I get. They have studded straps and just the right heel to suit many occasions.
What stores do you regularly shop in?
I probably buy most of my clothes from Target, and H&M. Though I will browse pretty much anywhere; from Marshalls to Nordstrom.
What was the best deal you ever found?
Last year I bought a pair of marigold skinny jeans from the clearance rack at Target for under $7. I love them because they go great with my Steelers jersey and a pair of Converse on game day, but can be dressed up with the right shirt and heels.
If you were given $1000 and could splurge on one item of clothing/shoes/purses/jewelry, what would you buy?
I don’t know of any one item on my wish list that would cost that much. However, I’d love to have some Betsy Johnson items in my wardrobe. Her mix of classic cuts with pyramid studs is exactly what I’m drawn to.
