A pit bull is being credited with saving the life of the family it shared a home with until a fire destroyed the family home.
February 12, 2013 may have seemed like an ordinary day for most, but for one family in Oklahoma, it may have seemed like they experienced a miracle when their pit bull, Baby, alerted the residents the home was on fire.
Who wouldn’t love a dog that saved the family it lived with. Apparently the family was sleeping when the dog began to bark and attempt to disturb them enough so they would realize the home was on fire. According to reports, Baby the pit bull returned to the home to help several dogs make a safe exit.
The family lost all of their material possessions in the fire. However, all of the animals and humans escaped unharmed.
