Pippa Middleton goes to the races in a mod Katherine Hooker design

Pippa Middleton attended day three of the Cheltenham Festival today at Gloucestershire according to the Evening Standard.

The Duchess of Cambridge's style influence could be seen in the Katherine Hooker coat Pippa selected for the special racing event. Kate's sister chose a bespoke bright yellow coat by the British designer whose pieces are often worn by the Duchess of Cambridge. The style is from Hooker's Autumn/Winter 2013 collection. The designer is know for creating amazing coats and jackets. The design had a distinct 60s vibe that featured oversized pockets, pointed collar and horn buttons.

Pippa added contrasting dark accessory items which included an oversized brown fox fur hat, dark pantyhose, brown clutch and Jackie O-style sunglasses. She was joined by her banker friend Tom Kingston for the National Hunt Meeting. The two looked perfectly dressed for the weather and the occasion.

While Pippa can never seem to outshine her sister when it comes to fashion, the sunny yellow coat was pretty darn fantastic if you ask me. There is nothing like a structured coat to let a ladies true beauty shine through. Well done!
