Pinterest: track you inspiration

Pinterest is like a virtual corkboard, allowing you to "pin" pictures of anything you find on the web.  By adding a "pin it" button to your browser (instructions found on the website), you can save any picture you like to your pinboard as you browse the web.  It's a fantastic way to keep track of inspiration for knitting, crafting and anything else you can imagine!  I have pinboards for knitting inspiration, general craft ideas, home design, etc.  Ravelry is great for tracking specific patterns, but Pinterest allows you to visually and virtually colate many pictures that inspire your knitting.  Follow my pins.

  • Maintain a virtual corkboard of images you love and use for inspiration
  • Follow other member boards and re-pin their images
  • Link up with Facebook and twitter
