Pinot Days Grand Festival Tasting on November 11 at the Shrine Auditorium

I have been attending this event since its inception, four years ago. If you are a lover of Pinot Noir, this is one tasting that you do not want to miss. According to their website, Pinot Days is the largest gathering of Pinot Noir producers in the world. There will be at least eighty producers of Pinot Noir from all over the world pouring their wines. Included in the lineup will be wines from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma, New Zealand, Burgundy, Anderson Valley in Mendocino County, and, of course, one of my favorite areas for Pinot Noir in all of California, the Santa Rita Hills in Santa Barbara County. The event will take place at the Shrine Auditorium on November 11 from 2pm to 5pm. The cost for tickets is $70.00. Get there early if you want a good parking place.
