Research has show that moderate physical exercise can improve quality of life for breast cancer survivors. The Pink Ribbon program is designed to use pilates principals and pre pilates exercise to stretch and strengthen the shoulder, chest, back and abdominal muscles, allowing a you to regain full range of motion to those areas affected by breast cancer surgery. This program is suitable no matter if you have surgery recently or if your surgery was several years ago and can accommodate all levels of fitness.
