On Oct. 23 American singer-songwriter Pink (stylized P!nk) announced on her official Facebook page that she has to postpone some of her fall 2013 "The Truth About Love" tour due to her having inflamed vocal chords and laryngitis. The cancelled North American tour dates have already been rescheduled for the early months of 2014. She will pick up her fall tour on Nov. 5 in Chicago with her concert at the United Center.
On her official Facebook page it was posted, "After a 4 day vocal rest, P!nk performed two shows in Seattle and Vancouver. It became clear after further consultation with her doctors that more rest is required for her to fully recover from inflamed vocal chords and laryngitis. It is under these doctors’ orders that the following shows will be postponed."
Pink is currently touring in support of her sixth studio album, "The Truth About Love". The album was released on Sept. 18, 2012 via RCA Records and it reached No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart. It was Pink's first full length studio album to reach No. 1 in the U.S.
All tickets for the postponed show will be honored on the rescheduled dates. For more information about the tour visit Pink's official website here.
