The Pink Pastry Parlor, an experiential "cupcakery" and party venue, has recently opened a second location at Phipps Plaza in Buckhead! (The first one is in Alpharetta for all the OTPers.) In addition to offering delicious sweets (homemade cupcakes, brownies and cookies...oh my), they also have baking and craft classes, legendary parties, and even supervised childcare! Pink Pastry Parlor wants to be known as the ultimate destination for pastry dining and entertainment...and they know Moms will help them get there.
Pink Pastry Parlor’s Stay N Play option is an exciting addition for both parents and kids alike. Parents can drop off their children while they shop, dine or take in a movie at Phipps Plaza and the kids just get to have fun. Kids can participate in one of the hourly craft or baking classes and then head to the Game Room, which features The Pink Library, Fitness Center, Doll House City, Boy’s Club, Wii World and more. Pink Pastry Parlor suggests this option is best for children ages 2-12. The price is a little steep at $30/hour but the kids will have a blast.
Not ready for the Stay-n-Play option just yet, why not take advantage of their children's classes? Classes are open to the public and include lessons such as cupcake decorating, apron making, tiara designing and more. Craft classes are typically offered throughout the week, while baking classes take place on the weekends.
Pink Pastry is also available for unique, fun parties specifically tailored for young girls. Parties involve a circuit rotation, starting in the Pink Pillow Fight Room, where girls get to jump on the beds and wage an all-out pillow war; it then moves on to the Spa Room, where each child receives a manicure, pedicure and hair and makeup session; next the party heads to the Runway Room, filled with costumes, a catwalk and pumping music; and it culminates in the Tea and Cupcakes Room, where the girls partake in etiquette lessons and an elegant tea party.
Check out either Pink Pastry Parlor locations for more information...and maybe just one cupcake.
