In a live web chat on January 9, 2012, PINK Method founder, nutritionist Cynthia Pasquella said, yes, a P.I.N.K. Method iPhone app is in the works but right now there is no release date schedule. So if you've been hoping and waiting, stay tuned.

On a more immediate level, she offered the audience a variety of diet and food tips including four super foods she recommends:

  1. Beets
  2. Broccoli
  3. Hemp seeds
  4. Artichokes

Pasquella also gave listeners five tips to stay motivated on a diet even if they have no will power. The PINK Method incorporates these, but she made the point of noting that they are important criteria for any diet method:

  1. Build a community of support and accountability
  2. Remove the daily guesswork such as "What do I eat today?" "What exercises do I do today?" and rather than improvise, work with a plan that gives you the structure to succeed.
  3. Change your perception from "This food is forbidden" or "I can't eat this" to "I'm a grown woman and I can have this if I want, but right now I choose not to."
  4. Plan for weight loss and plateaus. Find a weight loss program that gives you fast (healthy) weight loss and helps you overcome the inevitable 'plateau problem"
  5. Find a workout that's "do-able" for you. Don't be swayed by advertising claims for workouts that aren't practical, simple and enjoyable for where you are now.
