Pink Champagne for Valentine's Day

See also

Valentine's Day is on the horizon, and what better way to toast to love than with a glass of pink champagne. While there are many variations on this drink, this particular version features Fragoli, a wild strawberry liqueur and Peach Schnapps. This cocktail called a "Fragoli Frallini" (created by Toschi) is bound to become a favorite.

4 oz Toschi Fragoli liqueur
1 oz Peach Schnapps
6 oz Champagne

This recipe will yield two drinks. Chill your champagne glasses beforehand by filling the glasses with ice and adding a little bit of water (do this about 10 minutes before serving). Empty the glasses' contents and begin by pouring 3 oz of champagne in each champagne glass. Then pour 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps in each glass and top with 2 oz of Fragoli per glass.
