Haven’t signed up for the Sugan G. Komen Race for the Cure yet? Don’t worry - you still have time. Now it’s easier than ever to register with the Drive Thru Race Registration at the Shops at Park Lane this week. Today from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. and Friday, October 14 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., make your way to the Shops at Park Lane to register for the Race without even leaving your car. There will be plenty of signage posted outside to guide you to the registration line.

If you have already registered online, there will be a packet pick-up at NorthPark Center, but you’ll have to get out of your car and go inside for that one. The 5K fun run/walk begins Saturday, October 15 at 8 a.m. followed by the Survivor Celebration and Awards Presentation at 9:30 a.m., which will include a band for entertainment. Adult registration is $35 and includes a Race t-shirt. Other participation options are available online as well as different registration locations, parking and transportation information, and more.

Get ready to lace up your tennis shoes in support of this great cause. The Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure aims to raise funds, increase awareness, and educate people about breast health and to recognize and celebrate breast cancer survivorship.
