Ping Canada's commitment to supporting junior golf in Canada will continue through 2014 now that the Oakville-based company has signed on to return as a partner with the Canadian Junior Golf Association for a 13th consecutive year.

The company will be title sponsor for the CJGA Ping Canadian Junior Match Play Championship, the only match play event on the CJGA's national schedule.

The annual match play event has become a fixture on the CJGA scene and is one of the association's three national championships. It is set to run from July 21-24 at Lakeridge Links Golf Club in Whitby.

This year's tournament will see a field of 98 players tee it up in their respective divisions in two qualifying stroke play rounds.

At the completion of round two, the field will be cut to the top 16 players in each division, seeded based on their stroke play scores, before bracketology takes over and a champion is crowned following four rounds of matches.
