Atlanta metro natural health advocates, not far from us, in Florida state's Pinellas County, the Pinellas County utilities website, recently posted a rather stunning announcement to its customers – one that announced that by the end of 2011, December 31 to be precise, the practice of “adding additional fluoride to drinking water supplied by Pinellas County Utilities” would be discontinued.
They also added that people should contact their dentist, pediatrician or family doctor if they had any questions regarding proper dental care.
In stating that, they basically said that they were not responsible for providing mandatory medication of their community via public utilities. What a brilliant thing to do!
Actually, how many of us are begging to be forcibly medicated via the addition of certain, proven harmful, substances that are supposedly good for our teeth of all things?
In regards to teeth being helped by fluoride, there is convincing research data available that fluoridation of water has actually resulted in discolored and brittle teeth.
The harm to the rest of the body from fluoridation includes everything from brain shrinkage and damage to joint and bone damage, fibromyalgia, hardening of the arteries and countless other conditions and diseases – I won’t go into it right now because I have done so in the past and it is far too depressing to enumerate!
Many natural health advocates find the discontinuation of water fluoridation in Pinellas County extremely encouraging and claim that they want the same to occur in their water supply.
Personally, I have called to question why we’re continuing to fluoridate and chlorinate our water supply and was told that it must be followed according to the government and by that I’m assuming both state and federal.
To shut you up they will gladly mail you the latest report on water quality and even say how well they comply with all the rules and regulations they must follow, giving us the “best” and “safest” water possible.
It’s the usual talking round and round in circles and then they have to put the phone down because another call is coming through.
Ultimately, it boils down to the local water and sewer authorities refusing to fluoridate and add bleaches that nauseate you and make you want to faint in the shower!
In the case of Pinellas County, aren’t they going to be heavily penalized by the state and federal governments for refusing to comply with “water quality?” So, why are other communities choosing to continue to poison their people?
