Pinehurst Wine Shoppe

Pinehurst Wine Shoppe is newly remodeled and just outside of Towson. The guys hold a very respectable wine and liquor stock, but I am most impressed with the craft beer to go and artisan cheeses.

As far as craft beer and cheese tasting- give it a try! Dogfish's Red & White or Fort make a great pairing with your favorite cheeses. Add some fresh or dried fruit and crackers and you've just taken your craft beer experience to the next level.

There is a rotating beer lineup of draft beer to-go, with a planned upgrade in the future to allow a few more taps. This could include a cider and a few staple beers that will stick around for more than just a keg. Their supply is very fresh and they turn over kegs and sixtels almost daily!

Note: You must purchase one of their growlers for fillups.

Their Mug club gives customers access to a small mug and tastings. This is limited and only so many Mug club owners are allowed at one time. I'm unsure of the price or details, so check out the store for more information or availability.

Pinehurst has had draft beer to go for five months now and are eyeing their 1000th growler sale this week. Rumor has it, that the lucky buyer will walk away with a golden growler and a big smile on their face.

This place is a lot of fun, run by some nice people. They don't have a giant selection, but prices are fair and nothing beats a growler to go!
