Pine View puts $10 Green Crasher special in play for spring (Photos)

The Green Crasher early season special at Pine View Municipal Golf Course went live during the Ottawa-Gatineau GolfExpo.

Golfers were able to pick up $10 green fee coupons at the Executive Golf booth that are good for play on Pine View’s 18-hole Short Course on any day from noon to closing until May 31.

Even though the expo is over, players can still get in on the outstanding offer by swinging by Pine View’s administrative office at 1471 Blair Rd. to score a voucher or they can clip the coupon from the Flagstick magazine they obtained at the two-day event.

Meanwhile, Pine View is inviting folks to join its golf services volunteer team.

Energetic, friendly and motivated course starters and marshals are being sought to become an integral part of the track’s golf service improvement initiative.

Rounds of golf in lieu of pay can be earned and shared with guests that are brought to the course during the season.

No golf experience is required. Pine View is after dynamic personalities who can complement its team. Staff uniform and all training will be provided.

This year Pine View will also launch leagues for men and women in 2013.

Course officials are welcoming volunteers to contact them about organizing and running the new leagues.
