General Mill’s is at it again ya’ll! First with the delicious Chex® cereals and now their brand Pillsbury has come out with a line of cookie dough, pizza crust, and pie and pastry dough. Remember when you were little and mom would break open a tube of cookie dough? The taste, the smell, well now those with celiac disease can turn back the hands of time with this new line and feel included once again.
Iron Chef Cat Cora just partnered with Pillsbury to show the diversity of their new refrigerated gluten-free dough product line. The chef created great sounding recipes sans gluten. She makes such delicious treats as: gluten-free chocolate chip peanutter whoopee pies, gluten-free pizzettas with chicken, peach, blue cheese and arugula, gluten-free baked samosas, and gluten-free egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast braids.
