Wait! Before you serve cinnamon rolls for breakfast, make sure they are not part of a recent recall.
Pillsbury is recalling a limited quantity of its refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing.
The company issued the voluntary Class II recall Friday for the cinnamon rolls after fragments of plastic were found in the production line. General Mills wrote in a statement: “This action is being taken as a precaution because the dough may contain fragments from a broken piece of plastic on the production line. These products are sold in grocery stores nationally. No other Pillsbury dough products are being recalled.”
Pillsbury says their “Pillsburry Flaky Cinnamon Rolls” and “Pillsbury Grands” are not a part of the recall.
The affected include, 8-count single and double packages with certain date codes.

Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls with Icing 2-pack with the best by date of 18OCT2013, 26OCT2013 and 31OCT2013.
