1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cooking oil (olive oil works great for this)
3 to 4 tablespoons milk
In a medium bowl, combine flour and salt. Add oil and milk all at once to flour mixture and stir. Pastry will appear crumbly. Form into ball.
On a lightly floured surface, flatten the ball of pastry to form a pie crust. Gently place crust in 9 inch pie pan, and continue to form to pie pan gently. Be sure not to rip and tear crust. If you should, just press it back together. Form crust to edges of pie pan. If the crust goes too far over edge, just fold under and press together.
Place pie ingredients in crust, and bake according to pie recipe you’re using like my Cranberry Pie recipe.
