The City of Chicago is in the midst of a dangerous blizzard on Tuesday, February 1, 2011. The blizzard conditions are expected to last through Wednesday afternoon. Attached are pictures of the winter storm in Chicago, Illinois.

Governor Quinn declared an emergency for the entire state of Illinois, due to the hazardous conditions. The storm includes high winds, white out conditions and frigid temperatures. Transportation officials have been advising people to stay inside and off the roads.
There are no flights going out of O'Hare Airport or Midway Airport. Lakeshore Drive in Chicago is totally shut down due to snow.
If at all possible, stay inside.
