Chef Tony Priolo of Piccolo Sogno eagerly anticipates the rustic, rich flavors of fall with new dishes to pair with Italian fine wines. One November 11, he will be hosting a five course meal complete with pairings exclusively from Italian import Masi Agricola winery.

This Venetian wine offers concentrated, sweet flavors with mild tannins for red wine, produced by a traditional technique characteristic of the region where grapes are semi-dried and double-fermented.

With wine pairings so delightfully bold, it will be exciting to see what the menu brings. Guests pay $99 per person, all-inclusive. The evening begins at 7 p.m.

Piccolo Sogno is located at 464 North Halsted St. Reservations for the event are required at 312-421-0077.
