Warpaint performed at Club Nokia on November 9, 2009, along with Band of Horses.
This Los Angeles band played their mellow and melodic music to an audience swaying to the slow beat.
Jenny Lee Lindberg, Emily Kokal, Theresa Wayman, and Michael Quinn grooved out their sound, a bit like Cocteau Twins with a heavy bass line, and unique vocal effects warbling the singer’s voice.

Heylow, thanks for the wonderful photos and video! However, the drummer/cellist of that night was Michael Quinn (from Corridor) who was also joining them on tour.
