The Eric Grant Band is a whole lot of country that keeps the crowds on the dance floor in their cowboy boots. These guys are no newcomers to the music business, the band is made up of seven longtime professional musicians who have covered the New England music scene since 2009.

The band had a big year in 2012 winning multiple awards including NICS Country Band of the Year, NICS Best Vocal Group of the Year, at the 2012 New Hampshire Country Music Awards "Take Off Your Coat" won song of the year and the band also won the Southwest Airlines, "Calling All Musicians" contest in 2012. They've released their second CD, "Country As it Gets" and you may here some of their songs on the country radio stations.

The band is Paul DiBiaso on keyboards and vocals. DiBiaso is a long time friend of Grant's and has traveled many a mile with his keyboard in hand. On lead guitar is Carlos Flores, a native of Corpus Christi, Texas. Flores is a graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston where he learned the foundation and skills to turn his street smart riffs into a six string tour de force. Chris Edris is on bass has played all over the world for over thirty years. He has shared the stage with many great performers and has performed a few US Presidents. Edris also had the opportunity to sing the national anthem at Fenway Park and The Boston Garden. On drums is Mark Salois who began his career attending Berklee College of Music in the early 1990's. Formerly with the national band called ,"I", Salois had the opportunity to go on tour with "I" and opened for "Disturbed." The band recorded two full length albums, "Off the Hook" and "Portrait" with Grammy nominated producer, Anthony J. Resta. Mark Phaneuf is on guitar and is also a graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston. Phaneuf has designed and built recording studios and has experience in live audio production.

Examiner caught up with the Eric Grant Band at Toby Keith's in Foxboro. On May 17, 2014, the Eric Grant Band will be back at Toby Keith's, Patriot Place in Foxboro.
