Movie fans in Scottsdale are waiting for the next film from Gossip Girl star Blake Lively. That series airs on Channel 6 in Scottsdale. Lively was most recently seen on the big screen opposite Ryan Reynolds in Green Lantern. Next up is Savages. That film is set for release in 2012. On Thursday, Celeb Buzz had the latest photos from the set featuring Blake Lively and her co-star Salma Hayek. The elder actress is seen sporting a dark haired wig in these photos.
Savages is the next film from Oliver Stone, and it features an all-star cast that also includes Taylor Kitsch, Trevor Donovan, Emile Hirsch, John Travolta, and Uma Thurman. In the film, two pot growers will battle the Mexican Cartel when the girlfriend they share is kidnapped. Here is a small bit of trivia for fans waiting for this film - Jennifer Lawrence was originally in the role now held by Blake Lively, but she backed out of the role to take on The Hunger Games.
