Musicians Jason Mraz and Ed Sheeran were among the performers who appeared at the 14th Annual Family Day in New York City sponsored by the T.J. Martell Foundation. This year, the Foundation honored Paradigm Talent Agency's Marty Diamond and Family at the annual event which was held yesterday at Roseland Ballroom in Manhattan.
Grammy award-winning singer Jason Mraz performed with percussionist Mona Tavakoli at the event. When Jason started singing his hit song "I'm Yours", the audience sang along almost louder than Mraz. (See video)
Ed Sheeran and rising pop star Austin Mahone both took a break from their sold out tour with Taylor Swift to perform at the event. Young singers Emblem3 from X Factor fame and Greyson Chance also performed. The event was hosted by Disney breakout star Bridgit Mendler from the hit series "Good Luck Charlie".
T.J. Martell Foundation's Family Day provides an event-filled day of fun games, carnival activities and food to raise money for leukemia, cancer and AIDS research. According to the Foundation, Family Day has raised close to $5 million for Martell-funded research at twelve hospitals across the country. Last year's sold out event honored Grammy award winning band, Train.
