Female golfers from around the world gathered together during the first round of the LPGA LOTTE Champtionship on Wednesday. The tournament, presented by J Golf, is being held at the Ko Olina Golf Club in Kapolei, HI.
According to the tourney's website, the championship green is a playground for "144 of the world's finest female players competiting for a share of the $1.7 million purse."
The four-day tournament features a 72-hole stroke play and will conclude play this Saturday. As of publishing, golfer Beth Bader leads the pack to victory. To catch the tournament on the tube, fans can tune into the Golf Channel and its affiliates, reportedly reaching 610 million households in 79 countries.
