Brittany Murphy’s autopsy report listed medications. On Tuesday, a list of medications found in Brittany Murphy’s Hollywood house on Sunday was leaked and reported by TMZ.

The LA Coroner’s office stated Tuesday that Brittany Murphy’s cause of death will be deferred, "pending the rest of the other tests including toxicology, neuropathology [brain analysis], and histopathology [analysis of other organs]," LA County Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told Us Weekly. The process usually takes 4-6 weeks.

Winter said that there was "no evidence of trauma to the body." He said that the death "appears to be natural."

Brittany Murphy died Sunday morning after collapsing in her bathroom. Murphy went into cardiac arrest, was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead at the scene at 10:04 am Sunday.

This is the list of prescription drugs that TMZ reported were in Brittany’s home: Topamax, an anti-seizure medication, Klonopin and Ativan for anxiety, pain relievers Klonopin, Ativan, Vicoprofen, Hydrocodone. The depression medication Fluoxetine, and a hypertension medication called Propranolol.

TMZ refused to say how they received the list of medications, and the police would not confirm the list, but they did say that an investigation is currently being conducted to find out who leaked the information.

Brittany Murphy was at the House of Hype Gifting Suites during the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah in January 2008.

If doctors had her on all these meds, no wonder she had a heart attack! I know from experience that this can happen from drug interaction. Doctors are fools and irresponsible to do this to patients. It is common practice! I took myself off all their garbage when my heart was out of control. Damn them.
