The moment several guys wait for each year is upon us.

Recently it was announced that American model and actress Kate Upton will indeed grace the cover of the 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. The 19-year old Upton was named Rookie of the Year in the 2011 edition of the magazine and is making a splash with her follow-up appearance.

Last year’s cover girl Irina Shayk is also in the magazine, and has a noticeable spread in the issue. Also making appearances throughout the latest issue are Alyssa Miller, Adaora, Crystal Renn, Genevieve Marlon, Chrissy Teigen, Jessica Gomes, Nina Ugdal, Michelle Vawer, Jessica Perez, Bar Rafaeli, and Ariel Mereditch.
