A photographer trying to get pictures of Justin Bieber and his white Ferrari was killed Tuesday night by a car.
Police had pulled over the white Ferrari for a traffic stop on Sepulveda Boulevard in L.A.
The man stopped his car on the other side of the street and ran over to get pictures when he saw the star's car stopped.
Police asked him to get away because it was not safe for him to be on the street with the traffic and a few minutes later an oncoming vehicle hit the man and killed him.
The sad thing is that it is not known if Justin was even in the car, his friend was driving and another was in the passenger seat when it was pulled over.
Police are still investigating the accident and death, and there are reports that the photographer was not under the influence.
No word on why exactly the car was pulled over by police.
Justin appeared on Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve last night.
