Photo: Snoop Lion, DMX tattoo revealed by Los Angeles Lakers center Robert Sacre

Robert Sacre of the Los Angeles Lakers has some serious ink underneath the jersey representing Los Angeles. Representing the hip-hop community, the side tattoo of the NBA player isn't small by any means. From the bottom of his armpit all the way down to his hip, the inked tribute covers the right side of his body. Showing the tattoo off on Wednesday night, it’s the first time that the ink has been revealed and fans are impressed.

Sitting on the floor of the NBA games, the fans always see rappers and hip hop artists watching the game. The entertainment community is tight with the game of basketball and fans come to expect it. However, the assumption of basketball players having tattoos honoring entertainers isn’t at the top of the list. The tattoo of Robert Sacre includes DMX and Snoop Lion (who was formerly known as Snoop Dogg.)

"Robert Sacre has DMX and Snoop Dogg tatted on his body," tweeted Marcel Mutoni from his official Twitter account on Wednesday. Attaching a picture of the tattoo, it's the first time the ink has been shared with the public and everyone is taking a peek.

The attention to detail and the big design definitely indicates that Robert Sacre really does appreciate the artists and the mirage of images obviously has important personal significance. While fans don’t normally see what’s under the jersey of the NBA players, fans of the Lakers didn't mind taking a look at the ink.
