Tiger Woods has been, without question, the most frequent topic on The View's "Hot Topics" segment this year. Before Friday morning's televised apology by Tiger Woods, The View brood dove into the scandal once more as part of Thursday morning's Hot Topics segment.

Tiger Woods delivered a 13 minute statement on Friday morning in which he apologized to friends, business associates and his wife and family. Tiger Woods mother sat in the audience observing somberly. Woods broke down in tears during the statement and begged the paparazzi: "Please leave my family alone."

"Every one of you has good reason to be critical of me."

Since he has a disease. Maybe his mother shouldn't be trying to make out with him. The slightest temptation could send him skidding over the edge.
