Shakira is looking to help UNICEF while sharing the joy of her world. On Monday the entertainer released a picture of her baby Milan Pique Mebarak along with Gerard Piqué, delicately cradling the barely two-week-old infant. The beautiful picture was for the fans to see Shakira’s current little man and for her to ask fans to donate to the international charity.
“Visit our @Unicef #Babyshower to see the 1st pic of my 2 angels & help underprivileged babies,” tweeted Shakira from her official Twitter account on Monday. The entertainer included a link where fans can donate cash to the organization as a baby gift in her son’s honor. Hoping to raise thousands of dollars, the star knows she can ask her fans to support her efforts.
While some are surprised at Shakira’s generosity, the entertainer has always been focused on helping others. From orphans to schools and points in-between, the entertainer has made a major effort in helping others around the world.
