It seems Santa Claus finally received our letter, even if he's delivering the good a few years after the fact. It doesn't really matter when we get the gift of Mark-Paul Gosselaar for Christmas, though; we're just glad it's coming our way at all! The Franklin and Bash star took some time to strip out of his three-piece suits and slip on some cozy sweaters (and yes, a pair of ice skates) to star in ABC Family's newest original holiday movie, 12 Dates of Christmas.

Also starring Amy Smart, 12 Days of Christmas is a romantic Christmas comedy that sees a young woman redoing Christmas Eve over and over until she gets it right. See, she was so determined to get back together with her ex during the season that she intentionally botched a blind date with a guy (Gosselaar) her stepmother set her up with. Was she just trying to get the young woman to move on? Or was there more magic in the air that allowed for this "chance" encounter? We're going to assume the latter since, ultimately, fate intervenes and forces her to do the date over again-- twelve times!-- in order to not miss out on true love.
12 Dates of Christmas is part of ABC Family's "25 Days of Christmas" celebration and will premiere on December 11th at 8pm. Check back here for an advance review closer to the premiere date!
