One Direction had a little research to do for their upcoming charity. Part of the upcoming Red Nose Day, the band will be releasing a new song for the fans to buy, but they also will be sharing the focus of the organization. Harry Styles was deeply moved by the trip and decided to show the fans a glimpse of what he saw. On Wednesday he released a picture of the guys in Accura, Ghana getting a firsthand look at who the charity helps and why it’s important for people to support the cause.
“Little preview of our incredible time in Accra, Ghana. @rednoseday we will always owe you for taking us. Thank you,” tweeted Harry Styles from his official Twitter account. The band member included a picture for everyone to see.
While the fans around the globe might not be familiar with Red Nose Day, the residents in the United Kingdom have known about it for years. The charity puts together different activities during one day in March and everyone comes together to donate for the cause. Helping the kids the band met in Accura, Ghana will be one of the many people that are supported with the funds collected.
