Police in Phoenix, Ariz., have released a photo of the vehicle which is believed to have been driven by the person(s) responsible for stabbing a dog to death during a home invasion, reported Thursday's AZ Family News.

A neighbor's surveillance camera captured video of a silver or gray truck with a white toolbox in the back; the truck is believed to be driven by the individual who broke into a home on Jan. 22.

Whoever broke into the house, located near 59th Avenue and Dobbins Road, killed the family's three-year-old Shih Tzu, "Knuckles," with a samurai sword which they found inside of the home.

The burglar ransacked the house, stabbed the family's dog, who was kenneled at the time, and stole several items.

The truck in the image is believed to be a 1997-2003 silver or gray Ford F150.
