Jersey Shore star Vinny Guadagnino leaked the cover art for his debut book Control the Crazy today (Tuesday). The MTV realty star showed off the cover for his upcoming self-help book on anxiety on Twitter telling his more than 2.5 million follower, "You guys are the first to see this!– My book CONTROL THE CRAZY cover!"
Control the Crazy: My Plan to Stop Stressing, Avoid Drama, and Maintain Inner Cool will be released April 17, 2012 shortly after the Jersey Shore Season 5 finale, Examiner.com has confirmed.
Guadagnino's book is being co-written by Samantha Rose and is being published by Crown Archetype. According to a publisher-released description in Control the Crazy Vinny Guadagnino explores how, "We all have the power to make our lives better in an instant. You have absolute power to control your crazy." Vinny also shares the step-by-step program that has helped him get a handle on his anxious mind and filled him with a sense of personal power and control that has rocked every facet of his life.
Jersey Shore Season 5 airs Thursdays on MTV at 10pm ET/PT.
