Brittany Murphy's autopsy report is concluded but the LA County Coroner is waiting on toxicology tests to official confirm the cause of death.

Brittany Murphy's fatal cardiac arrest is now being questioned by officials due to a laundry list of prescription drugs found on Murphy's nightstand.

While none were illegal, experts are saying some could have been toxic when mixed.

Drugs found on the report included the following:

1. Topamax (an anti-seizure medication also used to prevent migraines)
2. Methylprednisolone (an anti-inflammatory)
3. Fluoxetine (a depression medication)
4. Klonopin (an anxiety medication)
5. Carbamazepine (which treats diabetic symptoms and bipolarism)
6. Ativan (an anxiety medication)
7. Vicoprofen (a pain reliever)
8. Propranolol (a hypertension medication, used to prevent heart attacks)
9. Biaxin (an antibiotic)
10. Hydrocodone (a pain medication)
11. Misc. vitamin supplements

According to RadarOnline.com and other sources, the police are focusing on the possibility of a
prescription drug overdose and one leading pathologist told The Early Show it had to be a lethal combination of prescription drugs that caused the death of Brittany Murphy.

"It's possible, certainly", Dr. Cyril Wecht said of the possibility Murphy died from natural causes to The Early Show on Tuesday, "And usually, it will be some kind of a congenital heart condition. But in most of those cases, the patient will be aware that there is some heart problem," Dr. Wecht said.

Adding, "When you have a 32-year-old person dying suddenly, and especially a celebrity in Los Angeles, you can place your bet down that it's going prove to be a case of acute combined drug toxicity. And I bet you that this young lady tragically died in the same way that Michael Jackson did, and Anna Nicole Smith, and her son, Daniel Smith, and Heath Ledger."
