Photo: Beyoncé, Kelly Clarkson share a joke at Obama's inauguration

Kelly Clarkson and Beyoncé might have sat at different places on Monday morning when they were on the platform of President Obama’s inauguration ceremony, but they did meet up behind the scenes and apparently had time to share a few jokes. After both entertainers finished, they actually got a minute to chat with each other behind the scenes. Sharing a picture of the moment on Monday, Kelly Clarkson played it off like it wasn't any big deal.

"Me and B just hangin' out ....don't worry about it. Seriously, God did good. She is so beautiful!" tweeted Kelly Clarkson from her official Twitter account. Sharing a picture of the two entertainers together, there wasn’t any doubt the moment was particularly special.

It was a special moment for the fans too. Combining a historical moment with entertainment, the opportunity for two different entertainers (and if you add James Taylor, it makes three entertainers) to come together and perform traditional American songs was moving.

Leaving a lasting impression, the presidential inauguration brought together some very interesting individuals. While Kelly Clarkson might have been silly sharing it was no big deal hanging out with Beyoncé, the fans know it definitely had to be special.
