Phoenix Rising Project presents Black Women & Body Image - a real conversation

On Saturday, January 12, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., you may wantto chck out The Love Chronicles IV 'Black Women & Body Image-A Real Conversation about Shades, Shapes, Strands & Psyche', at the KS Wholistic Center. Sponsored by The Phoenix Rising Project, the event is free, and open to men, women and mature teens.

This is an interactive conversation between the guests and the panelists. Featured panelists are Rose Brooks-Valley Kingdom Ministries, Lynne Robinson-Motivational Speaker from Motivity Moments, Michael Lydell Williams-Author & Motivational Speaker, Michael Hughes-Executive Salesperson, Talib Muhammad-Founder of Kemi E'scentials & The Filament Enterprises Wholistic Marketing Service, Bridgette Poston, LCSW.

A special guest will be Cortnee R. Smith, Miss Black Illinois 2013, who's platform is 'Empowering Girls of Color through Health & Fitness'.
