On March 7 the French alternative rock band Phoenix released an official music video for their single "Entertainment" on the band's YouTube channel. The Patrick Daughters directed video is just over four minutes long and the band members are not in it. You can watch Phoenix's official "Entertainment" music video here.
The video begins with young children singing in a room for grown-ups. The rest of the "Entertainment" music video switches among various scenes including fireworks, a girl learning to shoot a bow with an arrow, and scenes of a pop star performing in concert. There are two different Korean storylines in the video that are from different eras, yet they coincide with one another.
The song "Entertainment" is the lead single from Phoenix's forthcoming fifth studio album, "Bankrupt!". The album is set to be released on April 23 via Glassnote Records. It will be the band's first full length studio album released since "Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix" in 2009.
